These rules apply to everyone who accesses the Autobourse website and platform. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Eligibility

The platform is for business use only by companies active in fuel procurement, supply, trading, storage or transport, acting through authorised representatives aged 18 or over.

2. Account security

Keep credentials confidential, use individual accounts per team member and notify office@autobourse.com of any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out under your accounts.

3. Content standards

Requests, listings and company information must be accurate, current and offered in good faith. Do not post fictitious volumes or prices, misrepresent verification status, or publish content you do not have the rights to use.

4. Prohibited activity

  • Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or trading in illicitly sourced product.
  • Scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering or automated access outside published interfaces.
  • Attempting to access data belonging to other companies, or probing platform security without authorisation.
  • Harassment, spam, or using counterparty contact details for unrelated marketing.
  • Price fixing, market sharing or other anti-competitive coordination.

5. Confidentiality of counterparty data

Bid terms, reservation details and contact information disclosed through the platform may be used only to evaluate and perform the related trade.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and content are owned by Autobourse or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant Autobourse a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may interrupt access.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that breach these rules, and report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
